Freshly baked my owned low carb bread

7 eggs
1/4 TSP salt
1/2 cup coconut flour
1/2 cup coconut oil or olive oil
1/4 TSP baking powder
1/2 TSP xanthan gum (optional)
Instructions
pre heat oven to 180°C
Mix all ingredients in a bowl. the mixture will become quite thick
baked for 50 minutes or until a skewer comes out of the middle clean.
A healthy bread I ever had 😅
