INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 medium cauliflower
  • ½ cup almond flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • ¼ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 2 tbsp. coconut flour
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • ½ tsp. baking powder
  • ¼ tsp. salt
  • 1 tbsp. olive oil

INSTRUCTION:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. We can apply the parchment paper to the baking sheet and apply the oil with the brush.
  3. Take a grater and grate the cauliflower to make the rice.
  4. If you are using frozen cauliflower rice then thaw the rice and squeeze all the water from it.
  5. When you get the cauliflower rice then put the rice in a microwave-safe bowl cover the bowl.
  6. Microwave the rice for 3 to 5 minutes till they gets soften.
  7. When they get cool down then put them in the kitchen towel or cheesecloth.
  8. Squeeze their moisture properly.
  9. Take a large bowl and add the almond flour, salt, baking powder, cauliflower rice, onion powder, and coconut flour and garlic powder in it and mix them with the spatula.
  10. Then add the parmesan cheese, olive oil, and mozzarella cheese.
  11. Combine everything with the spatula till they get properly incorporated with each other.
  12. We can use hands or spoon and take small portions and form the small rolls.
  13. Put the rolls on the baking sheet.
  14. Apply the olive oil or melted butter on the rolls with the brush.
  15. Place the rolls in the oven and bake them for 20 to 25 minutes or till they gets golden brown color and gets firm to touch.
