Made up the recipe… as usual… so measurements aren’t exact 

– Melt together 125g butter and 125g cream cheese
– Add half a cup of granulated sweetener of choice and mix well. (To be honest, I could have eaten it at this point!
)

– Add 3 eggs and mix until combined
– Add half a cup of cocoa, about 1.5 cups of hazelnut meal and half a teaspoon of baking powder – mix until batter
– Bake at 170°C (I think!) for 25 minutes or so (skewer crumb test)
