Keto Bagel

Tried making keto bagels that everyone was raving about, they are absolutely amazing! Taste just like a regular bagel. This is going to be my new breakfast go to.
Keto Bagel recipes
Ingredients:
2 cups almond flour
1 cup coconut flour
2 tbsp psyllium husk powder
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
4 large eggs
1/4 cup melted butter
1/4 cup boiling water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, mix together almond flour, coconut flour, psyllium husk powder, baking powder, and salt.
Add in the eggs and melted butter, and mix until well combined.
Stir in the boiling water until the dough comes together.
Divide the dough into 6 pieces and shape each into a bagel.
Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown.
Allow the bagels to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before serving.
Enjoy your keto bagels with your favorite toppings!
